What Kind Of Products And Services Do You Have?

What Is Your Return Policy?

If you are unsatisfied with a product purchased through Super Source, you may exchange or return the item within 60 days of its purchase date. If you have any questions regarding our return policy, please contact your route manager, or call our office Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm at 770-423-0006.
*Custom or special ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Do You Sell And Lease Dish Machines?

Yes, Super Source leases and sells both new and used machines. We offer different payment plans to cater to your needs. Service is provided 24/7/365 at no charge. All parts are provided at no charge on leased machines.

How Long Will It Take To Install The Dish Machine?

A Super Source technician will arrive at a time that is convenient for you and your business, and, if needed, we will un-install your old dish machine. Our technicians are usually in and out within two hours.

I Already Own A Dish Machine. Can Super Source Service It?

Yes, Super Source will service any make or model. So long as you use our dish machine products, the labor is free. The only charge would be for parts. However, many times our technicians are able to do repairs without replacing any parts.

Do You Supply Any Other Services?

Your route manager carries basic plumbing supplies on his truck. If you have a leaky faucet or need your scrap hose repaired, your route manager will be able to make those repairs for you. Here is a complete list of our Services.

How Do I Place An Order?

Our customers are set up on a route program, which means they do not need to call in an order. The route manager stops by once a week to check your inventory. If levels are low or if you think of something you need, the route manager usually has what is needed.

Can I Have My Route Manager Stop By When I Deem Necessary?

Of course…We try to keep your inventory as low as possible without you running out. Not only does this save you space, but it cuts down on waste. People will use less when there is not an abundant amount of product just sitting around. However, the route manager will schedule his stops as often as you deem necessary.

What Is Your Route Program?

Super Source has several stores that drive (they are really trucks that are set up like stores) through different areas of metro Atlanta every weekday. That means they conveniently come to your back door once a week, so you don’t have to waste your time and money driving around looking for a “deal” that, when it’s all said and done, ends up costing you more money and patience than it’s worth.

Each store is driven by a manager with the expertise to answer all your cleaning and dish machine questions. You will always have the same manager who will become familiar with you, your staff, and your business, allowing us to cater to your specific needs. The manager will know which products are best for your cleaning needs, the correct procedures to clean just about anything, as well as how to fix minor plumbing problems. Not only will the manager answer your questions, he or she will train your employees in the proper procedures of using Super Source products.

Our goal is to minimize your cleaning cost and maximize your results and efficiency. We created the route program for these reasons and have achieved this goal for many of our customers. For more information, view our Route Program page.

What Happens If My Machine Breaks Down Or I Run Out Of Chemicals On A Holiday?

Call our office anytime. If it is after hours, our answering service will call the service manager to alert him of your emergency. We usually respond within an hour. Our service is 24/365. We make sure we are always there for our customers.

Is There A Minimum Amount That I Have To Purchase When The Truck Stops By?

No, it only makes sense to us that you only buy what you need. There’s no travel charge or minimum order. By stopping by once a week, we are able to leave you only the supplies you need and no more. Not only does this save you space, but it also cuts back on waste. Your employees will use less when you don’t have what seems like an endless supply of chemicals.

Do You Have Any Contracts?

No, we have an agreement. Our agreement states that you get certain discounts while you are using our products. This agreement lasts only as long as you are happy with our products and services. This gives you the flexibility to cancel at any time.
