You've paid good money to have your floors redone, but unfortunately, you did not get the result you were looking for. After the floor refinishing, problems may arise often the result of the finish not being applied correctly. Was it the product...most likely not, as these products are tested extensively. If, for instance, the finish appears hazy, uneven or dull, the entire floor may need to be stripped and refinished. This may mean a call to your cleaning contractor, who may have to start the job over, on their own time, and at their own expense.

Additionally, a sealer is not needed in most cases when using modern finishes. If you use a finish designed for high-speed burnishing, you might consider burnishing the floor after the first coat to smooth out the floor to ensure a better shine. And before even applying finish, make sure the floor has been thoroughly rinsed and cleaned. I would suggest rinsing a few times if a lot of stripper was used.
